Laguna Beach, CA June 29, 2009 -- The AJ Novick Group, Inc. is one of the nations leading providers of anger management training, classes and coaching. In association with Century Anger Management, they have recently released a new series of anger management coaching programs aimed at helping disruptive physicians, nurses and medical staff. These new programs are compliant with the recent JACHO guidelines set forth as of January 1, 2009.
“After years of providing anger management coaching to corporate executives, business professionals, and hospital employees, we have now created a modified curriculum and training model to meet the needs of the recent standards put in place by JACHO”, says Dr. Ari Novick. He further states, “Our program consists of several options for hospital staff, including one on one coaching, group classes and on-site training”, adds Dr. Novick. This new program also includes pre and post assessment and follow up training.
