Stiles Realty has announced that it has hired Heather Lannon as the exclusive leasing agent for the Shoppes at Avalon, a premiere Publix-anchored shopping center in Spring Hill, Florida.

Tampa, FL July 03, 2009 -- Stiles Realty has announced that it has hired Heather Lannon as the exclusive leasing agent for the Shoppes at Avalon, a premiere Publix-anchored shopping center in Spring Hill, Florida. The shopping destination, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2009, is located at the high-traffic intersection of the Suncoast Parkway and County Line Road at the entrance of the Villages of Avalon.
“Lannon’s experience, proven track record and existing client relationships were key factors in assigning her to the Shoppes at Avalon,” said Director of Retail Leasing Ryan Karlin. “We are confident she will sign an ideal tenant mix and maximize the property value.”
Eight outparcels are currently available for sale or lease along with 14,150 square feet of inline retail space for lease in rapidly developing Hernando County. The Shoppes at Avalon offer an excellent location for retailers, including service businesses, restaurants and office/medical uses in one of the state’s fastest-growing residential areas. A Stiles/Publix joint venture partnership purchased the 30-acre site in summer 2007.
In addition to this property, Lannon is also the exclusive leasing agent for retail centers in Central and Southwest Florida. Prior to joining Stiles Realty, Lannon worked as a commercial leasing executive for RMC Property Group where she leased and marketed over 40 properties within the Publix-owned portfolio throughout Florida. Her past experience includes the leasing and marketing of properties throughout Southwest Florida including Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Pinellas Counties.
