New York, NY – Fred Tuck, President and COO of NAI Global’s Project Management Group, founded in April 2010, completed the acquisition of the group from NAI Global and it’s parent company. NAI Global is the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate services providers worldwide.
Fred Tuck founds Maverick Management Group with more than 25 years of experience in construction management, owner representation, general contracting and consulting and forensic services to ownership of every commercial real estate asset class. Formerly with Costas Kondylis & Partners LLP, Tuck provides design/build services expertise, working with clients to guide the construction process from start to finish. He has guided the construction process for over 200 significant projects throughout the country totaling more than $500m worth of construction and renovation. He has an intimate knowledge of all trades and disciplines and offers expertise in the commercial, residential, retail, telecommunications, hospitality, and insurance restoration industries. Fred’s approach is extremely “hands-on” and he only works for owners as part of the team.

Pursuant to the buy/sell agreement Mr. Tuck and his team have changed the name of the NAI Global project management group to Maverick Management Group and are headquartered at 1026 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY.
