Major events are manifestations of people’s thoughts

St. George’s, Grenada — “Some major events, including terrorist attacks, are the results of someone’s thoughts that are now manifesting,”  says Dr. Nella Ann Roberts, author of the new book, “Transform Your Life: 7 Steps to a Better Life.”

In her book, Roberts discusses the co-creation process, including how she says events and things are manifested. She encourages readers to keep an open mind so they can learn and transform their lives.

“Many people want to transform their lives but need help to do so successfully,” Roberts says. “This book will help people make significant changes in their lives, be more successful, live better lives and make a difference in the world.”

Roberts simplifies her process for transforming one’s life into seven key steps:

1. Build and maintain a strong, burning desire.
2. Engage in transformative learning.
3. Change your self-concept.
4. Understand some basics of the co-creation process.
5. Co-create your better life.
6. Start living differently.
7. Be grateful.
