Brisbane, Australia – Learning to flow with yin and yang can be one of the greatest adventures of one’s life. When an individual is “synced” to these cosmic forces, life takes on a smoother and more fluid unfolding in a way that is both nurturing and supportive while producing a deeper sense of appreciation. Michael Hetherington, the noted health professional, is pleased to announce the recent launch of his new workshop entitled “Yin Yang Philosophy 101” on Udemy. He hopes that through this course, individuals will be able to achieve a more balanced lifestyle.
This class is designed for individuals with an interest in yin and yang, Oriental medicine, and anyone looking to bring more balance into their life. During this workshop, students will learn a deeper understanding of the yin and yang theory and natural forces. This includes the history of the theory, how it applies to daily life, and how to adjust one’s lifestyle towards a balanced state. Hetherington provides practical, modern day suggestions on how to work with the yin and yang forces rather than against them. He also explores the theory of “balance”, specifically what balance is and how being in balance feels.
The Yin and Yang Philosophy 101 course provides over 16 lectures and 2 hours of content. Students will benefit from a quiz within the course that provides a better understanding as to whether they have a yin or yang characteristic in their life and what they can do to bring things back to a balanced state. By the end of the course, students will be able to effectively apply yin and yang principles to modern life and understand the theory completely. There are no materials required and no previous experience necessary. Students will be able to take this course on demand, at their own pace, and ask the instructor any questions they might have along the way.
